Kriszti & Marci:
Engagement session in Pákozd

This session felt like sunshine and softness—like something quietly magical. Kriszti was the one who reached out, and from the very first message, I could feel her excitement. She and Marci wanted to have their engagement photos taken in the hills of Pákozd—a place I had never been before, which made me even more eager to explore it with them.

When she asked if they could bring their family dog, Bodza, I practically melted. (Side note: please always bring your pets. They make everything better.)

When we met in person, her first words were, “Oh my gosh, I'm in love with your photos, I can't wait for the whole session.” That joy? It stayed with us the entire evening. And here's something funny—when we shook hands, we realized we all shared the same first name. A small thing, but it made the whole moment even more memorable.

The conditions were perfect: a warm, golden late-summer afternoon, the kind that feels like it's saying a gentle goodbye to the season.

One moment that really stayed with me happened during a prompt I often give during couples sessions. I asked them to think of one of their most meaningful memories together and share it. Kriszti's expression softened, and then her eyes welled up with tears. It was quiet, tender, real—and I felt so lucky to witness it.

From the beautiful hills, to the glowing light, to the love between these two and their sweet dog, this session was full of connection. It reminded me why I do this—and how deeply powerful even the smallest moments can be.
